Church at Bay House School, Gomer Lane, Gosport, EN PO12 2QP
Alverstoke Evangelical Church in Gosport is a body of people that follow Jesus Christ. Visitors are welcome and are often present at Bay House School, our Sunday venue. Morning services at 10.15 am are well attended with many families and there are activities for children of all ages. Evening services at 6.30 pm are an opportunity for those who want to grow in their knowledge of the Bible. During the week Bible Study Groups, which we call Life Groups, meet in Christian homes around the town. Prayer times, coffee mornings and Parent & Toddler all feature in our diary. The church works closely with Solent Evangelical Church in Gosport, we manage the Seafield Community House and we also run the Christians Against Poverty Debt Centre and support the work of Champions (Gosport Aggies RSR outreach) We have links with mission work in Malawi, China, Paris and Ukraine.
